Well whaddya know! It's that joyous time of yeer again! The most important date in the calendar! No, not your mum's birthday: this is way more important (the truth hurts Mum).
Yes, in March, Brisbane's favourite open mic poetry slam falls the day after St Patrick's Day! And you don't have to tell us twice: any excuse will do!
So bring along your favourite drinking and jigging/reeling buddy and your latest limerick for a night of competitive poetry slamming.
The usual rules apply:
6:30pm doors & open mic sign-up
7:00pm sharp start
$15 cash on the door, $10 online
Strictly 18+
Poets have 2min30 at the mic to do whatever they want (yes it doesn't have to be a limerick, we'll just probably look favourably upon it if it is!)
